The problem with returns
Every exchange programme has its own return conditions. What one remanufacturer rejects, another urgently needs. Dealers are left holding parts that do not match their own supplier, were misidentified or arrived after the deadline.
These parts are not scrap. They are cores with the wrong addressee.
What we do for the trade
- Take mixed lots, type-sorted or unsorted
- Identify by OE number and variant
- Sort by product group and condition
- Value each item individually, not by weight
- Regular collection for ongoing volumes
Terms
We value by part number, condition and current demand. We refuse to value by weight, because weight does not reflect the value of a turbocharger or an EPS steering gear. For lots of one pallet or more we prepare an offer from a list or after inspection.
Process for lots
Send a stock list or photos, ideally as an export from your inventory system
Offer per item or a lump sum for the lot
Collection by our carrier, packed in mesh boxes or on pallets
Incoming inspection, reconciliation with the list, payment
Frequently asked questions
Do you take unsorted mixed pallets?
Yes. Identification and sorting are our core business. We value unsorted goods after inspection.
Do you buy parts that a remanufacturer has already rejected?
Often, yes. Rejection reasons are supplier-specific. A part that does not fit one programme may be in demand with another remanufacturer.
How quickly do you collect?
Once the offer is accepted, we agree a date. For regular volumes we set up a fixed schedule.
