The symposium
The APRA European Symposium is the annual conference of the Automotive Parts Remanufacturers Association Europe. In 2026 it took place in Thessaloniki, hosted by Intercars and beda, with 85 participants and 16 speakers from remanufacturing, trade and research.
Our contribution
STP-Parts was among the sponsors of the event alongside CoremanNet and REUMAN. On the programme, Anastasios Meliopoulos represented STP-Parts with the presentation “Cores through our Eyes – our History, Today’s Challenges and Future Opportunities”: a look at the core trade from a broker's perspective, from the beginnings to the questions occupying the industry today, from core availability to identification.
Art for the industry
For the symposium, STP-Parts donated a work by the artist Angtoni Dragan, which is to be shown at the next Rematec.
Outlook
The next APRA European Symposium takes place from 4 to 6 April 2028 in Katowice, with plant visits to Remante and TURBO-TEC.
